Ró¿d¿ka powinna byæ trzymana pewn± rêk±, lecz nie nale¿y jej mocno usztywniaæ. Nastêpnie nakieruj ró¿d¿kê na cel. Wykonaj p³ynny, okr±g³y ruch ró¿d¿ka i w tym czasie wymów zaklêcie.

Podstawy OPCM. Aby pokonaæ upiora itp., nale¿y uwierzyæ w siebie i przestaæ siê go baæ, pó¼niej reszta rzeczy przyjdzie z dziecinna ³atwo¶ci±. Zaklêcia i sztuczki s± dodatkiem do naszej determinacji w obronie.
