...Otworzy�em drzwi i wpad�em do mojego pokoju. O dziwo nie zasta�em tam bli�niak�w. Pok�j wygl�da� zupe�nie normalnie... Tak jak zwykle, idealnie czysty i schludny. Tylko mucha bzyka�a pod oknem leniwie (nie znosz� much!). Unieruchomi�em j� jednym zakl�ciem. Schowa�em r�d�k� do kieszeni i podszed�em do mojego biurka. Otworzy�em szafk�, wszystkie listy le�a�y na p�ce nienaruszone, a jednak nie wszystko by�o w porz�dku, by�o cicho, za cicho. Us�ysza�em za sob� skrzypni�cie, odwr�ci�em si� i zobaczy�em, �e drzwi do pokoju s� zamkni�te. Zbli�y�em si� do nich ostro�nie, ale w pewnym momenciecie stan��em jak wryty wpatruj�c si� w teleskopik. Nie by� on wi�cej b��kitny, w tej chwili �wieci� jaskrawoczerwonym blaskiem. Nagle op�ta�y mnie najgorsze my�li. By�em przera�ony. Jak szalone, przed moimi oczami mkn�y r�norodne obrazy: sta�em na �rodku Wielkiej Sali w Hogwarcie i w�asnie odbierano mi odznak� prefekta przy g�o�nym aplauzie wszystkich dom�w, Dumbledore osobi�cie dawa� mi szlaban. Penelopa ca�owa�a w czubek nosa Rogera Davies’a, a w powietrzu powiewa�y sztandary z napisami w stylu „Percy Pierdek”; gdzieniegdzie „Percy Perfekt” Pr�bowa�em si� poruszy�, nie uda�o si�. D�ugo trwa�o zanim poczu�em chwilowy przyp�yw si�, postanowi�em skorzysta� z okazji i wyj��em r�d�k�. „Vertates Heinevra!” wrzasn���m tak g�o�no, �e by�em pewien i� nasza rodzinna chatka legnie w gruzach, jednak m�j g�os nikn�� gdzie� w przestrzeni, zn�w by�o cicho lecz nie mo�na by�o powiedzie�, �e nic si� nie dzieje. Obudzi�em si� wieczorem w moim w�asnym ��ku a obok mnie siedzieli mama, tata, Harry i Ron. Bli�niacy opierali si� o �cian� ty�em do mnie, a magiczne paski raz po raz mocno uderza�y ich po zadkach (i dobrze im tak!)

- Twoi bracia rzucili na Ciebie s�absz� odmian� kl�twy Dementor�w – mama odezwa�a si� pierwasza.
- Szcz�liwie, u�y�e� odpowiedniego przeciwzaklecia, skarbie – doda�a wzdychaj�c ci�ko.
