Gdy dzi� rano wsta�em wcze�nie, pragn�c dog��bniej przyjrze� si� mojemu znalezisku, po jednym prostym, podstawowym zakl�ciu okaza�o si�, �e jest to tylko podr�bka, do tego kiepsko wykonana podr�bka. Czyli jednak kto� przede mn� musia� go znale��. Zej�� do jeziora, pokona� wszystkie przeszkody i posi��� czark�.

Przed lekcjami dla pewno�ci z�apa�em Avery’ego na osobno�ci:

Avery raczej nic z tego nie zrozumia�, tym lepiej. Mo�e i Dumbledore ma wiele wad, ale na pewno nie jest na tyle naiwny, aby we wszystko uwierzy�. Mo�liwe, �e b�dzie chcia� sprawdzi� autentyczno�� mojej historyki (w�a�ciwie historyjki �limaka, ale nie b�d�my drobiazgowi).

Wbrew wszystkim moim obawom, gdy dzi� rano poszed�em na lekcje eliksir�w, Slughorn zachowywa� si� normalnie. Obdarzy� mnie 30 punktami za poprawne odpowiedzi i ca�� lekcj� rozp�ywa� si� nad moimi zdolno�ciami (jakbym nie wiedzia�, �e jestem inteligentny i uzdolniony). Czyli jednym s�owem, jest jeszcze g�upszy, ni� przypuszcza�em. Chocia� to nawet lepiej. Nie b�dzie z nim k�opot�w. Wi�cej obaw mia�em do Dumbledore’a. Wiedzia�em, �e mi nie uwierzy� i mia�em tylko nadziej�, �e zn�w nie zacznie tej swojej moralizuj�cej gadki. Niestety, przeliczy�em si�. Lekcja przebieg�a normalnie. Gdy zadzwoni� dzwonek, chcia�em jak najszybciej wyj�� z klasy, by nie da� staremu Dropsowi szansy na rozmow�, ale zatrzyma� mnie, m�wi�c, �e „musimy porozmawia�” (nie by�em tego samego zdania). Niech�tnie podszed�em do niego, a on zacz��:
- Tom, chcia�bym, aby� mi powiedzia�, co naprawd� robi�e� w nocy nad jeziorem.
Obawia�em si� takiej sytuacji, wiedzia�em, �e to mo�e si� zdarzy�, ale nie my�la�em, co mia�bym mu w tej sytuacji powiedzie�. Mia�em dwa wyj�cia. Albo podtrzymywa� poprzedni� wersj�, albo wymy�li� co� nowego, tylko co?

Och wspomnienia…, ma�y, zdenerwowany ch�opczyk ( nie przesadzajmy z tymi epitetami) i wielki, straszny czarodziej podpalaj�cy ca�y dobytek biednego sieroty. A� �za kr�ci si� w oku….
Z braku innych pomys��w postanowi�em podtrzymywa� poprzednia histori�:

- Ale� Tom, oboje wiemy, �e to nie prawda.
Czasem mam wra�enie, �e w ka�dym zdaniu wypowiedzianym do mnie u�ywa rzeczownika „Tom” tylko i wy��cznie po to, aby mnie zdenerwowa�. Bo jak najwi�kszy geniusz w �wiecie magii ( w jego mniemaniu) m�g�by nie wiedzie�, �e nie u�ywam ju� tego �a�osnego i pospolitego imienia?
Po oko�o pi�ciu minutach narastaj�c� cisz� przerwa� Dumbledore:
- Wi�c dobrze, niech i tak b�dzie, mo�esz ju� i��.
Ruszy�em do drzwi, gdy powiedzia�:
- Ale pami�taj, je�eli kiedykolwiek b�dziesz chcia� mi co� powiedzie�, moje drzwi zawsze s� dla ciebie otwarte.
Stara gadka, kt�r� zawsze s�ysz�, gdy Dumbledore’owi zn�w nie uda si� wyci�gn�� ode mnie potrzebnych informacji. Ciekawe jak by zareagowa� na takie wyznanie. Och, na pewno by si� zdziwi�. Jestem prawie pewny, �e wi�kszo�ci moich plan�w nawet si� nie domy�la. G�upi, ograniczony starzec. Niemniej jednak jest gro�nym przeciwnikiem. M�g�by zaj�� daleko, gdyby nie… mi�o��. Dumbledore jest zbyt szlachetny, by si�gn�� po te rodzaje magii, kt�rych ja stosuj�. Dlatego zawsze b�d� mia� nad nim przewag�. W�tpi�, czy by�by gotowy rzuci� chocia� Cruciatusa, albo Imperio. A te zakl�cia, przy czarnej magii to zwyk�a zabawa.

To najd�u�sza notka, jak� napisa�am w tym pami�tniku , chocia� moim zdaniem troch� s�aba i za bardzo chaotyczna. Dzi�kuj� wszystkim za komentarze, motywuj� mnie od dalszego pisania. Pozdrawiam i czekam na ostr� krytyk�.
